Illinois, USA – JA Flight, an Aurora, Illinois-based flight training organisation established in 2007, has opened a new training center featuring expanded student and instructor facilities, a Redbird FMX flight simulator, additional weather stations, and larger ground school classrooms — supporting the school's continued growth in Part 61 and Part 141 pilot training delivery.

  • The new training center features expanded student study areas with both collaborative and quiet independent study spaces, along with instructor offices that have nearly doubled in capacity.
  • The facility includes larger meeting spaces for expanded ground school classes and updated technology, plus a Redbird FMX flight simulator, additional weather stations, and televisions displaying weather conditions and aviation news.
  • JA Flight has invested in additional aircraft and maintenance technicians alongside expanded administrative offices to accommodate more students.
  • The school offers structured career pathway progression from Private Pilot through Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), with both Part 61 and Part 141 training options.
  • Communication is supported through Flight Schedule Pro, allowing students to contact instructors between lessons; instructor business cards are readily available for quick access.
  • JA Flight hosts events such as landing contests and monthly meetings featuring airline recruiters and Part 121 operation professionals.
