Indian Airline Launches New Pilot Hiring Campaign for A320 and B737 in December 2025

India – Air India has launched a recruitment campaign for pilots across its Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 fleets, inviting applications by December 22.

• The airline is seeking type-rated captains for its A320 fleet and both type-rated and non-type-rated pilots for the B737 fleet
• Air India continues to pursue a multi-year growth plan under the Tata Group, which includes fleet modernisation and crew expansion
