India – Flywings Simulator Training Centre Ltd. has secured a Letter of Intent for the establishment of a Flight Training Organisation, advancing a 2026 expansion plan that the company had previously linked to Dholera Airport in Gujarat.

The company's evolution is being strategically shaped around an integrated aviation-training ecosystem encompassing:
- Flight Training Organisation (FTO)
- Cabin Crew & Safety Emergency Procedures training
- Aviation & Airport Operations training
Flywings disclosed on 30 June 2026 that it expected to receive approximately five acres at Dholera Airport for the planned FTO and said at the time that it had been awarded the project but was awaiting the final award documentation before beginning establishment work.
AFM previously reported that Flywings completed a ₹57.05 crore IPO process in December 2025, with approximately ₹35.34 crore of the proposed proceeds earmarked for pilot-training and simulator equipment.
