“Job description
Sales
- Monitor and work on all sales leads – online and offline
- Responsible for adhering to the sales process with sales conversion as the ultimate goal – first lead call, follow-up (s), revisions, and closure
Marketing and business development
- Look after the existing sales channels and optimize the lead generation process (website, social, offline)
- Activate existing lead generation channels and identify new ones (referral, offline, etc.)
Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Motivated and self-driven
- Team player
- Customer service and engagement
- Meeting sales goals
- Self-confidence
- Product knowledge – technical background will be preferred
- Presentation skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- One to Three years of industry sales experience – aviation industry experience will be preferred
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and phone systems”
