India – Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA), which operates two flight training bases in India and recently announced an order to expand its fleet with additional training aircraft, has proudly highlighted a significant milestone from 2024: 27% of its cadets are women. This achievement reflects the academy’s ongoing commitment to empowering women in aviation and fostering gender diversity within the industry.
