• On 20–21 January 2026, CAA welcomed the IndiGo Learning & Development Team, including pilot instructors and management from the IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program, at its Neemuch Airbase training facilities.

• The visit featured direct interaction with CAA cadets and a focused CBTA‑aligned session for flight instructors, reinforcing industry best practices in competency‑driven training.

• Discussions emphasized integrating CBTA principles into the DGCA CPL training syllabus, highlighting the importance of human factors, crew resource management (CRM), decision‑making, and a robust safety culture throughout pilot development.
