India & USA – ThePilot.in, an Indian pilot training facilitator and ground school provider, has inducted a new batch of Air India cadet pilots ahead of flight training in the United States — with cadets assigned to AeroGuard Flight Training Center and Acron Aviation Academy, continuing Air India's structured pipeline of ab initio cadet development through its US-based preferred training partners.

• The new cohort is around 50 cadets across both US training providers, with ThePilot.in facilitating the ground school and induction phase in India before cadets travel to the United States for the flight training phase of their programme.
• Upon completing foundational flight training in the United States, cadets are expected to return to India for licence conversion and airline type rating program before joining Air India flight operations.
