Indian Regional Airline Signs Letter of Intent for Ten Twin Otter 300-G Aircraft at Dubai Airshow 2025

India – India One Air, a regional airline in India, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited for up to ten Twin Otter Series 300-G aircraft, marking a strategic fleet expansion aimed at bolstering regional connectivity.

  • The Twin Otter Series 300-G, known for its STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) performance and rugged versatility, is suited for operations in remote areas with limited airport infrastructure.
  • India One Air will use the aircraft to expand its reach to underserved and remote destinations across India. This move aligns with the Indian government’s UDAN initiative, promoting regional air connectivity and equitable air access.
