16th Dec 2025

India – HM Aviation, an India-based pilot training facilitator, and 2Fly Airborne USA, a Florida-based flight training organization, have opened admissions for their January–March 2026 Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) intakes, continuing a long-standing transatlantic training partnership aligned with DGCA India requirements.

  • The January–March 2026 intakes mark a further milestone in a partnership spanning more than 10 years, during which HM Aviation has placed over 600 Indian students into CPL training programs at 2Fly Airborne.

  • Graduates from the HM Aviation–2Fly Airborne pathway have progressed to airline roles across India, including with IndiGo, Air India, Air India Express, Akasa Air, Alliance Air, and other operators.

  • 2Fly Airborne operates a large-scale training platform in Florida with a fleet of close to 50 aircraft, supported by experienced flight instructors and purpose-built training facilities.

  • The training model emphasises favourable aircraft-to-student and instructor-to-student ratios, supporting accelerated progression and consistent training outcomes.

  • Both organisations coordinate closely to ensure training delivery meets DGCA India standards, enabling Indian cadets to complete overseas flight training with clear regulatory pathways toward licence conversion.

  • HM Aviation has trained more than 2,000 pilots to date, reinforcing its role as one of India’s established pilot training facilitators at a time of sustained airline fleet and pilot demand growth.
