Gurugram, India –One of India’s largest pilot training facilitators TNC Aviation is seeking to hire a Head of Pilot Training – Ground School to lead its pilot training program. The ideal candidate will be an Ex-Airline Pilot, ATPL Holder, or Ex-Defense Professional with strong experience in flight operations and pilot training.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality ground school training for aspiring pilotsGuide students in exam preparation and career developmentMonitor student progress and implement improvement strategiesDevelop and update training materials in alignment with aviation regulationsRepresent TNC Aviation at industry events, seminars, and webinarsCollaborate with airlines and aviation authorities to ensure training excellenceParticipate in marketing initiatives, workshops, and outreach programs

Key Requirements

ATPL holder or Ex-Defense Pilot (preferred)Extensive experience in pilot training, ground instruction, and flight operationsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, operational procedures, and training methodologiesComfortable with technology-driven learning platformsWillingness to travel for industry events and seminars
