New Jersey, USA – Infinity Flight Group, one of the largest privately owned flight schools on the US East Coast and an American Airlines Cadet Academy partner, is hosting an Aviation Open House on Wednesday 29 April 2026, 6:00–8:00 PM, bringing together representatives from American Airlines, Mercer County Community College, and Infinity Flight Group to discuss flight training options, career pathways, and the structured route to the airline cockpit.
- The event will include a Q&A session open to attendees, with representatives from all three organisations available to address questions on training structures, career timelines, and industry entry points. Registration is available at infinityflightgroup.com.
- Infinity Flight Group holds an established partnership with the American Airlines Cadet Academy, providing a structured pathway from ab initio training through to American Airlines employment. In February 2025, the partnership launched its first cadet class in Florida following Infinity Flight Group's expansion to its second base at Treasure Coast Airport in Fort Pierce, Florida — opened in 2024.
- Infinity Flight Group currently operates over 65 Cessna Skyhawks across its Trenton-Mercer Airport (New Jersey) and Treasure Coast Airport (Florida) bases, and has placed orders for 35 new Cessna Skyhawks over the past three years, including 10 additional aircraft ordered in 2025 for delivery in 2027.
- The group is also expanding into Vermont, representing a further geographic extension of its East Coast footprint beyond its current New Jersey and Florida presence: as AFM reported earlier this month Infinity Flight Group (IFG) and Vermont Flight Academy (VFA) announced the transition of VFA’s training operations to IFG. IFG will expand the training currently offered at Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV). The transition represents a long-term investment in aircraft, training technology, and operational infrastructure in Vermont that also supports local aviation employment and workforce development in the region. Through this transition, IFG will become Vermont State University (VTSU)'s official flight training provider for the university’s highly demanded professional pilot program.
