Intercontinental Aviation Academy Launches UAE Academy, Welcomes Cadets from 18 Nationalities in 2025
United Arab Emirates — Intercontinental Aviation Academy (FlyIAA) has officially launched its UAE-based flight training programme, marking a major milestone in the academy’s global expansion. The inaugural Phoenix UAE 01 intake, held on September 21, 2025, was launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, with widespread industry support and strong student demand prompting the opening of a second intake, Falcon Batch.

The Phoenix UAE 01 intake marks the official start of FlyIAA’s training operations in the UAE.

The Founder Batch sold out in record time, attracting cadets from 18 nationalities, reinforcing strong international interest in UAE-based training.
