Saudi Arabia– Intercontinental Aviation Enterprise (IAE) reaffirmed its commitment to aviation training and workforce development at the Arab Aviation Summit 2025, where industry leaders discussed strategies to address the growing demand for skilled aviation professionals.

Captain Wissam Mehyou, CEO of IAE, emphasized the importance of education in shaping aviation’s future and announced a new partnership with Alfaisal University in Riyadh. This initiative allows students to complete ground school training in Saudi Arabia before continuing flight training at IAE’s international flying bases.IAE is expanding its UAE training base and plans to establish two new training bases in strategic locations to meet increasing demand.Other industry experts, including Captain Ismael Koshy (Saudia Academy), Dr. Dan Wong (Prince Sultan University), and Ms. Tanja Schmidt (IATA), highlighted the urgent need for collaboration in aviation training to support industry growth.
