Intuos Seeking to Recruit Business Development Specialist to Drive International Sales

Italy – Intuos, a digital platform unifying training, operations, and fleet management for pilot training organizations, is recruiting a Business Development Specialist for a full-cycle global aviation sales role as the company continues its international expansion across multiple continents.

• The role, based remotely from Abruzzi, Italy, covers the full commercial cycle from prospecting and outreach through to demos, negotiations, closing, and long-term relationship management with aviation operators, flight schools, CAMO organizations, and maintenance organizations across international markets.
• Intuos's platform combines modular software, patented IoT flight data monitoring, and advanced analytics to help aviation organizations improve safety, training, efficiency, and operational decision-making across both manned and unmanned aircraft.
• The Business Development Specialist will represent Intuos at leading international aviation events and trade fairs, manage pipeline activity using HubSpot and modern AI-supported sales tools, and work directly with aviation professionals and decision-makers globally.
• The company is seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of B2B sales, SaaS, or business development experience, with interest or experience in aviation, aerospace, or operational technology. Fluent English (C2 or mother tongue) is required, with French or additional languages listed as an advantage.
• The position offers a B2B contract with competitive compensation and uncapped commission, global travel to major aviation events, and a hybrid work model.
• Intuos recently secured EUR 720,000 (approximately USD 790,000) in funding to expand its integrated platform and launched Envelope Early Warning Insights within its Safety Dashboard Module, enhancing its Flight Data Monitoring and Analysis Platform with predictive safety intelligence.
