Iraq – Iraqi flight simulation company Arab Sim has partnered with UFUQ Schools Group to establish and operate Aviation & Flight Simulation Labs across the group's schools, beginning at its Al-Wood Residential Complex branch in Baghdad. The initiative will introduce school-age students to civil aviation through simulator-based practical activities, creating an early-stage aviation awareness and career-development pathway before formal professional pilot training.

UFUQ Schools Group states that it serves more than 2,000 students across kindergarten, primary and secondary education in Baghdad. Its Al-Wood Residential Complex campus is a 2026 expansion of the group and includes kindergarten, primary and boys' and girls' secondary education.
Under the partnership, Arab Sim will equip and operate the aviation laboratories and provide educational and practical programs delivered by pilots and aviation instructors. The companies said students will use simulation to apply aviation concepts rather than limiting aviation exposure to classroom theory.
The initial installation will be located at UFUQ's Al-Wood Residential Complex branch, west of Baghdad. UFUQ began promoting the new campus in June 2026 ahead of the 2026–2027 academic year.
The partners intend to extend the aviation and simulation concept across additional UFUQ schools.
The program is focused on aviation education and career exposure.
Arab Sim designs and manufactures flight simulators in Iraq and provides simulation-based aviation education and training programs for pilots, students, universities and aviation academies. Its published capability includes simulator manufacturing and structured introductory aviation training.
