Italian Flight School Welcomes 28 Students to its Latest PPL Cohort in September 2026

Italy – Italian Approved Training Organisation Cantor Air has welcomed 28 aspiring pilots into its PPL-31 class in September 2026, beginning the first phase of the academy’s Modular ATPL “Full Immersion” pathway toward commercial airline pilot qualifications.

• Cantor Air operates a fleet of 19 aircraft comprised of Tecnam P2008JC and P2010 TDI aircraft and Piper PA-28 Arrow aircraft, with the P2010 TDI equipped with Garmin G1000 NXi avionics.
• AFM previously reported that Cantor Air ordered three Tecnam P2006T NG twin-engine aircraft in February 2026, with deliveries scheduled for early 2027. The aircraft are intended to expand multi-engine training capacity and provide avionics commonality with the academy’s P2010 TDI fleet through Garmin G1000 NXi-equipped cockpits.
• Tecnam previously confirmed that Cantor Air’s fleet expansion brought the academy to 19 aircraft, including six P2008JCs and three P2010 TDIs.
