Italy's Aviomar Flight Academy Hosts Ryanair's Recruitment Team in March 2023

Italy – Aviomar Flight Academy, a Rome-based EASA-certified training organisation and long-standing Ryanair Future Flyer Academy partner, hosted a visit from the Ryanair Pilot Recruitment Team at its Simulator Training Centre in Rome, providing direct airline access for students currently undertaking Dakota II simulator training.

• Angelo Currao and Jake McComish from the Ryanair Pilot Recruitment Team attended the session, offering Aviomar's Dakota II students direct engagement with the airline's recruitment representatives as they progress through their airline preparation training.
• The visit provides students with early exposure to Ryanair's hiring expectations, operational culture, and recruitment process — a practical benefit of Aviomar's established partnership with the Ryanair Future Flyer Academy programme, through which cadets train to Ryanair standard operating procedures from the outset.
