Italy’s FTO Airline Pilot Academy Seeking Deputy Head of Training in 2025

Italy –FTO Airline Pilot Academy, a Padova based EASA‑certified flight training organisationt, is seeking a Deputy Head of Training for its EASA FCL pilot courses. The role may be full‑time or part‑time with high availability (≈ 15 days/month).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate both flight and theoretical instructors in cooperation with the ATO management, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Conduct flight and theory training with studentsandinstructors to ensure required standards are met.
• Oversee compliance in instructional delivery, instructor competency, and training outcomes.
• Opportunity for career advancement to Head of Training, depending on candidate’s timeline and aptitude.

Qualifications

• EASA CPL or ATPL pilot license with advanced flight instructor qualifications (e.g., FI, CRI, IRI, etc.),NOTcurrent.
• Minimum 3 years’ training experience in other ATOs or DTOs.
• Strong teamwork and managerial skills.
• Italian native speaker or Level 6 proficiency.
• High competence with PCs, tablets, and training/software tools.
