Japanese Airline Selects MINT TMS to Modernize Maintenance & Engineering Training Operations

Japan – All Nippon Airways (ANA), the largest airline in Japan, has selected MINT Software Systems’ Training Management System (MINT TMS) to support the modernization of HR processes within its Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) division.

• The implementation of MINT TMS follows extensive collaboration between ANA’s M&E and Digital Transformation teams and MINT Software Systems, including multiple workshops in Tokyo and a strategic visit to MINT’s headquarters in Kiel, Germany.
• MINT TMS will enable ANA to centralize training and qualification management, automate manual processes, enhance resource planning, and offer mobile access for training stakeholders.
• The system will also support ANA’s internal safety, compliance, and quality assurance activities by providing improved data accuracy and reporting capabilities, integrated into ANA’s existing systems.
• The decision to adopt MINT’s solution complements ANA’s existing use of Swiss-AS’s AMOS platform for maintenance operations, reflecting a deliberate approach to selecting specialized systems for different operational needs.
• The agreement was signed shortly after the acquisition of MINT Software Systems by Comply365 in December 2025, aligning ANA with a growing ecosystem of aviation-focused digital platforms.
