JETPUBS Seeking to Hire Director of Operations, Technical Publications

USA – JETPUBS, a Hudson-based provider of aviation manuals, technical publications, and training materials, has announced it is seeking to hirie a Director of Operations for its Technical Publications business unit.

• The new Director of Operations will report directly to the CEO and lead the manuals and technical publications unit, overseeing end-to-end delivery, quality, and process design.

• The role requires deep aviation operations knowledge and experience in regulated documentation, with responsibilities spanning team leadership, LEAN process improvement, and client-focused execution.

• This hiring move aligns with JETPUBS’ strategy to evolve its documentation services in response to growing complexity and customer demand for scalable, high-accuracy technical publishing.

• The position is remote, full-time, and involves periodic travel, emphasizing both strategic design and hands-on operational leadership.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience in aviation operations, technical publications, or regulated service delivery.

• Direct experience with aviation manuals, SOPs, regulatory documentation, or similar.

• Proven ability to design, improve, and scale operational workflows.

• Strong people-leadership experience with distributed or remote teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
