Amman, Jordan –Jordan Airline Training & Simulation (JATS), a full-flight simulator training center located at Queen Alia International Airport, has announced an opening for a Sales and Marketing Manager role as part of its continued commercial development strategy.

JATS is seeking an experienced aviation industry professional to lead its sales and marketing function, supporting growth in regional and international aviation training markets.Core responsibilities include:Developing and executing sales strategies and digital marketing campaignsManaging the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closureRepresenting JATS at aviation events and conferencesCoordinating internally to align commercial goals with JATS’ training servicesCandidates must have:A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacityA strong track record of commercial performance in the aviation or training sectorsFluency in English and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
