Keyvan Aviation Signs Aeronautical and Navigation Data Services Agreement with Turkmenistan Airlines in 2026

Turkmenistan & Turkey – Turkish aviation data provider Keyvan Aviation has signed a service agreement with Turkmenistan Airlines covering aeronautical and navigation data services for Ashgabat International Airport. The agreement adds the Central Asian carrier to Keyvan's airline customer base and will support airport operational data requirements at Turkmenistan Airlines' principal hub.

• Keyvan holds EASA Type 1 Data Services provider approval EASA.AOA.DAT.033, issued in February 2022 and currently listed by EASA as valid. Type 1 approval covers the processing and provision of aeronautical databases meeting applicable Data Quality Requirements under controlled conditions.
• Keyvan's aeronautical navigation database is delivered in ARINC 424 format and is produced using source information including national AIPs, AICs and NOTAMs. The company states that its data processing follows EUROCAE ED-76A/ED-77 and RTCA DO-200B/DO-201 requirements, with updates aligned to AIRAC cycles.
• The company's broader navigation-data products can support avionics systems, flight planning applications and flight simulators.
• The agreement follows Keyvan's August 2026 announcement that it had been selected through an ICAO tender to supply worldwide ARINC 424 data covering 195 countries.
• Turkmenistan Airlines currently operates 25 aircraft, including Boeing 737-700/800 and 777-200LR/300ER passenger aircraft together with Airbus A330-200P2F and Ilyushin Il-76 freighters. Its published fleet information specifically identifies two 777-300ERs, two 777-200LRs and eight 737-800s, while four Boeing 737 MAX 8s are on order.
