Keyvan Aviation to Supply Navigation Data for SimViz Labs FMS Training Software

Türkiye & USA – Istanbul-based aeronautical data provider Keyvan Aviation has announced that it is supplying aeronautical and navigation data to US-based aviation training technology company SimViz Labs for its Flight Management System (FMS) training application. The arrangement is intended to support accurate navigation and flight procedure simulation within digital pilot training environments.

• Keyvan Aviation's broader navigation database covers more than 40,000 aerodromes worldwide, with updates aligned to Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC) cycles.
• SimViz Labs develops aircraft-specific FMS training applications for airlines and Approved Training Organisations (ATOs), enabling pilots to practice flight management and automation procedures outside full-flight simulator sessions.
• The company's platform supports self-paced learning, guided procedural exercises and airline-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Its digital training applications are designed to help pilots prepare for simulator sessions and enable training organisations to allocate simulator time to other operational exercises.
• AFM previously reported that Keyvan Aviation supplies certified aeronautical and navigation databases to flight simulator manufacturers and training operators, with the company highlighting customer-specific data integration capabilities in its November 2025 supplier interview here.
• SimViz Labs currently offers four aircraft-specific FMS training products covering the Airbus A320, Boeing 737 MAX, Boeing 737 NG and Boeing 747-400. Its software supports a worldwide ARINC 424 navigation database, simulated flight planning, SID/STAR and approach procedures, and integrated ACARS and CPDLC functionality.
