Sanford, USA – L3Harris Commercial Aviation is actively engaging with aspiring pilots in Puerto Rico, with Heather Rice, Head of Global Academy Sales and Marketing Strategy, leading outreach efforts across the island. The initiative aims to introduce students to aviation careers and flight training opportunities.

• 20 schools are participating in the outreach program, offering students insights into aviation career paths.
• Over 400 students from four private schools in San Juan have already attended sessions, with additional visits planned in Rincón and other regions.
