Training aircraft manufacturer Piper Aircraft has selected L3Harris Flight Academy Student Carter Mazur as one of their Brand Ambassadors for 2024.

In this special role, Carter will actively participate in L3Harris Flight Academy social media channels, showcasing his journey through flight training at the academy. Not to mention he will also be helping to showcase their vast fleet of Piper Aircraft, including the Piper Archer PA28, and multi-engine Piper Seminole PA44.

In August 2022 Piper Aircraft announced the expansion of their Brand Ambassador program to include the L3Harris Flight Academy in Sanford, Florida. The L3Harris Flight Academy was Piper Aircraft’s first nondegree-seeking ambassador partner school and their first flight school in the southeastern United States at the time.

Piper Brand Ambassadors leverage their social media channels to promote their individual pilot training journey and act as advocates for the aviation industry. This unique program is designed to increase awareness of the flight training opportunities that exist within the L3Harris Flight Academy, as well as showcase the Piper training product line in use at a rigorous FAA part-141 flight school. The collaborative initiative is expected to create a community of like-minded aviation enthusiasts with a career interest in aviation.

“After taking a Discovery Flight four years ago, a day hasn’t passed that I haven’t dreamt of flying. Fast forward one year and I finally began my private pilot training back home in Michigan. As I sat at my desk every day working, I saw the planes flying over and knew that the sky was where I belonged. I made the leap, left my job, and enrolled at L3Harris Flight Academy in Sanford, FL.
