L3Harris Flight Academy was recognized at the 2022 Air Transport World Award Ceremony with the Aviation Technology Achievement. The academy incorporated Flight Data Monitoring within its Airline Academy fleet that provides operational trend data for detailed instructor feedback and preventative maintenance. This technology also provides academy cadets with flight data to improve their training and development and allows instructors and students to mitigate risks and improve safety and training efficiency.
