Through this collaboration, Titan Airways will recruit graduate pilots directly from Leading Edge Aviation, reinforcing the strong relationship between the two organisations. This initiative highlights Titan Airways‘ commitment to sourcing top talent and provides an exceptional career opportunity for Leading Edge graduate pilots.

The selected graduate pilots will benefit from clearly defined career progression. First beginning their journey as First Officers on the Airbus A320, with a planned transition to the Airbus A330 in their third year with the company.
