Leading Edge Aviation and Titan Airways Announce an Exclusive Recruitment Partnership for 2025

United Kingdom Leading Edge Aviation (LEAL) is proud to announce their exclusive recruitment partnership with Titan Airways for 2025. Through this collaboration, Titan Airways will recruit graduate pilots directly from Leading Edge Aviation, reinforcing the strong relationship between the two organisations. This initiative highlights Titan Airways‘ commitment to sourcing top talent and provides an exceptional career opportunity for Leading Edge graduate pilots.

Captain David Cox, Director of Flight Operations at Titan Airways shared his enthusiasm for the partnership: “We at Titan Airways are delighted to be continuing our partnership with Leading Edge into another year.  The cadets who have joined us in previous years have all excelled and now fly the line on either our A320 or A330 fleets.  Their maturity, resilience, professionalism and determination to achieve high standards are not only a tribute to them as individuals but are also a reflection of the high-quality training that they have received whilst at Leading Edge.”

The selected graduate pilots will benefit from clearly defined career progression. First beginning their journey as First Officers on the Airbus A320, with a planned transition to the Airbus A330 in their third year with the company. This career pathway provides exposure to a diverse range of flying experiences with Titan Airways and its prestigious client base, enabling fast-paced career advancement.
