Leading Edge Aviation Introduces MiCampus Murcia Accommodation in Spain

Spain – Leading Edge Aviation has introduced MiCampus Murcia as upgraded accommodation for trainees assigned to its Alhama de Murcia flight training base.

• The residence includes a fully equipped gym, cinema room, rooftop terrace and dedicated study and social areas. Leading Edge said the facilities are intended to give students space for academic work and recreation while completing flight training.
• Leading Edge’s Alhama campus has exclusive training use of Alhama de Murcia Airport, which includes a parallel taxiway, operations and planning facilities, an apron and an aircraft hangar. The academy describes the location as receiving more than 300 days of sunshine annually, supporting flight-training utilisation.
• Leading Edge’s published Alhama fleet roster lists five Diamond DA40s, one Diamond DA42, one Piper Seneca and six Piper PA-28 aircraft. It also identifies four Piper Archer DX aircraft as forthcoming.
• AFM previously reported that Leading Edge agreed to acquire 10 Piper Archer DX aircraft, with the first delivered in June 2026.
