Lebanon & Cyprus – Cyprus-based aviation training provider CA Crew Academy has entered a new collaboration with Beirut Wings Flight Training Organization to provide aviation professionals in Lebanon with access to EASA-aligned training in Cyprus. The partnership adds a defined European training connection to Beirut Wings' existing ICAO pilot training operation and can support progression from Lebanese qualifications toward EASA licensing and advanced training.

  • Beirut Wings already operates an ICAO-focused pathway toward a Frozen EASA ATPL. Its current training structure begins with 45 flight hours under its ICAO PPL curriculum followed by 106 hours of time building in Lebanon, for 151 flight hours, alongside 650 hours of EASA-approved distance-learning theory before students progress through partner schools in Europe.
  • CA Crew Academy is based in Larnaca and states that C.A. Aviation Management Services Ltd operates as Cyprus Approved Training Organisation CY.ATO.007 under Cyprus Department of Civil Aviation oversight. Its training portfolio covers ab-initio pilot training, type ratings, instructor courses, cabin crew training and airline and ground staff training. Its published pilot course portfolio includes Integrated ATPL, PPL, ATPL theory, CPL, APS MCC, MCC, Advanced UPRT, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Piston training, ICAO-to-EASA licence conversion, hour building and licence or rating revalidation and renewal.
  • CA Crew Academy currently markets an Integrated ATPL pathway with a planned duration of approximately 18 months from zero experience to commercial pilot qualification.
  • Beirut Wings is approved by the Lebanese Civil Aviation Authority under FTOC #003 and currently provides PPL, CPL, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating and flight instructor training from Lebanon. Its published aircraft fleet comprises Tecnam P2006T, Tecnam P2010, Cessna 152 and Cessna 172 Skyhawk aircraft.
  • Beirut Wings reports more than 500 licensed pilot graduates and more than 100,000 accumulated flight hours since its establishment in 2006.
  • AFM previously reported that Beirut Wings adopted FlightLogger's digital training management platform in April 2025 to support scheduling, student progression tracking, instructor management and training records. The latest Cyprus partnership represents a separate expansion of its external training pathways.
