Malaysia Aviation Group Opens 2026 Cadet Pilot Recruitment Program

Malaysia – Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) has announced cadet pilot recruitment for its elite training programme, inviting aspiring aviators to apply before 16 January 2026 for a chance to begin their career pathway toward becoming airline pilots with one of the country’s leading aviation groups. Requirements:

• Malaysian Citizen, aged between 18 to 32 years old as at date of selection.
• Open to both male and female.
• Minimum height of 158cm.
• Medically and physically fit with perfect eyesight and visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aids, correctable to 6/6 and no colour blindness
• Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
• This application is specifically open to candidates who do not possess a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)/Instrument Rating (IR), CPL/IR. Applicants who hold these licenses should refer to the appropriate application process for pilots (if any).

Qualifications:

• SPM or its equivalent qualification recognized by Ministry of Education Malaysia with minimum:(A) in Mathematics and English(A) in General Science OR (B) in Physics(Pass) in Bahasa Melayu(B) in other two (2) subjectsMinimum of 5 SPM subjects or equivalent
• (A) in Mathematics and English
• (A) in General Science OR (B) in Physics
• (Pass) in Bahasa Melayu
• (B) in other two (2) subjects
• Minimum of 5 SPM subjects or equivalent

OR

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science related disciplines with minimum:CGPA of 3.00SPM (or its equivalent) with minimum (C) in Mathematics, Science or Physics, and English.(Pass) in Bahasa Melayu (SPM)
• CGPA of 3.00
• SPM (or its equivalent) with minimum (C) in Mathematics, Science or Physics, and English.
• (Pass) in Bahasa Melayu (SPM)
