November 24, 2025

Malaysia – Malaysia’s largest flight academy, International Aero Training Academy (IATAC), has launched a recruitment drive inviting 10 dedicated Flight Instructors to join its expanding operations, as the institution scales up to meet rising demand in pilot training.

IATAC has been working on enhancing its flight training capacity and efficiency announcing a few months ago a partnership with aviation training management software provider Aeroplanned to enhance the efficiency and predictability of its cadet pilot training operations. The collaboration aims to ensure on-time cadet progression and support seamless transitions into airline training phases, particularly for those advancing to Malaysia Airlines.

  • IATAC operates from Melaka International Airport and is a key training partner of Malaysia Airlines
  • The flight school has selected Aeroplanned to optimise operational planning and improve visibility across its training pipeline
  • Aeroplanned’s platform offers real-time tracking, predictive analytics, and resource forecasting to identify bottlenecks and maintain on-time cadet graduation
  • The integration supports IATAC’s objective of aligning training timelines with airline requirements, particularly simulator training scheduled months in advance
  • The partnership reflects increasing demand for intelligent flight training management tools to support airline-linked cadet programmes
