Florida, USA – McAir Aviation, an FAA Part 141-approved flight training provider and member of Spartan Education Group, has reported that Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) enrolled in the Allegiant Altitude Pilot Pathway have completed Boeing and Airbus simulator assessments at Allegiant Air's training centre in Sanford, Florida — a distinctive pathway benefit that exposes McAir CFIs to full airline-standard simulator environments during their professional development.

  • The simulator assessments were conducted on the same Boeing and Airbus devices used for Allegiant Air's own airline pilot training at the carrier's Sanford facility, providing McAir CFIs with direct exposure to the operational training standards and simulator environment they will eventually encounter as First Officers.
  • The assessments represent one structured component within the broader Altitude Pilot Pathway framework, which was launched in 2023 through McAir Aviation's partnership with Allegiant Air, and which provides students with a direct pipeline to airline careers including mentorship from Allegiant executives and priority access to CFI positions within the pathway.
  • McAir Aviation is an FAA Part 141 provider founded in 1994 at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (BJC) in Colorado, and has expanded its training footprint with a second campus at Colorado Air and Space Port — with the Altitude Pilot Pathway's reach extending across both locations as demand for structured airline career pathways grows.
