Canada - the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) has confirmed that the pilot fatally injured in a mid-air collision in eastern Ontario on Saturday was participating in a training exercise at the time of the accident. A TSB investigation team has been deployed to Martintown in South Glengarry, approximately 115 kilometres from Ottawa, to examine the circumstances of the collision involving a Cessna 172 and a Piper Seminole.
