Middle East Flight School Appoints Chief Training Officer in 2026

Jordan –Royal Jordanian Air Academy (RJAA), a flight training provider based in Amman,has appointed Engineer Mahmoud Al‑Marashdeh as Chief Training Officer (CTO) as part of its ambitious 2025–2035 transformation strategy to enhance training quality and align with the highest international aviation standards.

Earlier this month RJAA had announced a strategic milestone in its 2026 operational excellence initiative by fully onboarding the FlightLogger digital training management system. This implementation forms part of RJAA’s broader digitisation and digitalisation strategy aimed at enhancing training performance and organisational efficiency.
