Middle East Flight School Seeks Chief Flight Instructor and Compliance Manager in February 2025

Sohar, Oman– Oman Aviation Academy (OAA) has announced vacancies for the positions of Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) and Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM).

The Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) will oversee training programs, ensuring safe training operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.The Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) will be responsible for ensuring OAA’s activities comply with aviation regulations and internal policies.The CMM will develop and maintain a compliance monitoring system and report directly to the Accountable Manager to address non-compliance issues.
