Middle East Flight Training Group Intercontinental Aviation Academy Launches Iraq Office in 2025

Baghdad, Iraq – Intercontinental Aviation Academy (IAA) has officially announced the opening of its new administrative hub and career consulting center in Iraq. This expansion marks a significant milestone in the academy’s mission to connect aspiring aviators across the country with its regional flight training network.

• The new Iraq office will guide future pilots through their aviation career journeys, starting with ground school training in Iraq, followed by flight training at IAA’s international bases (Cyprus, Lebanon and soon the United Arab Emirates).
• IAA will host an official launch event on January 25th, 2025, at the Aviation Horizons Conference in Baghdad, featuring:
  • A keynote address and academy showcase.
  • Aviation career insights and graduate success stories.
  • Registration and training guidance.
  • An industry outlook discussion and Q&A session.
• Event location: Aviation Horizons Conference, Al Mansour, Al Amirats Street, Next to the Romanian Embassy, Baghdad, Iraq.
