Middle East Low-Cost Carrier In Discussion to Expand Fleet and Add Widebody Aircraft
flyadeal a Saudi Arabian budget carrier and a subsidiary of the flag carrier Saudia is planning a major expansion with the addition of more than a dozen new routes to its network. To support this expansion the airline plans to aggressively increase its fleet from 28 to 110 aircraft by 2030. In addition to its current mostly narrowbody fleet flyadeal’s CEO shared, during the Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX), that it plans to acquire more widebody aircraft as well.
flyadeal was launched in 2017 and has experienced significant growth in the past few years. The airline currently operates;
- 28 Airbus A320
- 3 Airbus A330
