USA – The National Flight Training Alliance (NFTA) has announced the addition of Aviation Mentors, a fast-growing podcast and mentorship platform, to its expanding national network focused on advancing flight training and aviation education in the United States.

• Aviation Mentors, co-hosted by Brandon Martini and Carson Vasquez, delivers candid, mentorship-driven content for student pilots, instructors, and professional aviators—reaching over 107,000 downloads across 211 episodes since its August 2023 launch.

• The platform has grown into a trusted resource for real-world aviation guidance, offering technical insights, training perspectives, and career advice through a community-driven approach.

• As part of the partnership, Aviation Mentors co-founder Brandon Martini has been appointed to NFTA’s Board of Directors, where he will contribute to national initiatives focused on pilot mentorship, workforce development, and training quality.

• NFTA continues to build a coalition of voices from across the pilot training ecosystem—including flight schools, regulatory stakeholders, and aviation thought leaders—to address industry challenges such as CFI shortages, DPE bottlenecks, and curriculum innovation.
