A startup flight simulator supplier headquartered in Delhi, India is seeking to hire a driven Chief Technology Officer to join its team as it starts operations. The new group is seeking an individual who is a self-starter with an interest to join a dynamic startup team.

Ideation to Proof of Concept: Develop and transform innovative ideas into tangible solutions.Implementation to Final Report: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and thorough documentation.Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.Tech Innovation: Drive technological advancements that align with the company’s strategic goals.Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of simulation technology, strong software engineering skills, expertise in systems architecture, AI and machine learning, experience with VR/AR technologies, proficiency in data analytics and real-time processing, and familiarity with software languages such as C & C++.

Required Skills – We’re looking for candidates with:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Aerospace Engineering.Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development with proficiency in languages like C, C++.
