10+ years management experience in aviation, transportation, or manufacturing environment3 to 5 years of experience in the flight training industry preferred but not mandatoryDemonstrated leadership experience running a medium to large sized organizationP & L or cost center management experienceExperience directing a training organization or demonstrated experience training employees a big plusStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skills and ability to communicate with remote senior managementWillingness to travel throughout India and to the U. S.Good knowledge of training industry stakeholders within IndiaMust relocate to Academy base in India (rural location)Indian citizens preferred
