An upcoming pilot training academy in India is seeking candidates interested to apply for the Accountable Manager position. The academy will be one of the largest in the region and in the country.

• 10+ years management experience in aviation, transportation, or manufacturing environment
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the flight training industry preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership experience running a medium to large sized organization
• P & L or cost center management experience
• Experience directing a training organization or demonstrated experience training employees a big plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with remote senior management
• Willingness to travel throughout India and to the U. S.
• Good knowledge of training industry stakeholders within India
• Must relocate to Academy base in India (rural location)
• Indian citizens preferred
