New Maldivian Airline Announces Recruitment for Pilots and Cabin Crew

Maldives-based Beond, a premium leisure airline, operating a mixed fleet of Airbus aircraft, is hiring A320 First Officers and Cabin Crew. The airline recently received its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the from the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority (MCAA) paving the way for Beond to commence flight operations soon.

A320 First Officer

• Must be a Maldivian National
• A320 Valid Type Rating
• Minimum 500 hours Total Time
• Minimum 500 hours on the A320
• Valid and Current License and Medical
• Applicants must be current and qualified i.e. within 12 months of their last proficiency check
• Minimum ICAO Level 5 English
• License Required: ICAO, EASA FAA, ATPL

Cabin Crew

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in another language is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items, such as luggage, with ease
