New York-based Professional Pilots of Tomorrow Partners with Skyfarer Academy to Expand Pilot Mentorship and Training Access

New York, USA – Professional Pilots of Tomorrow (PPOT), a New York-based nationwide mentorship organisation supporting more than 2,800 aspiring and early-career pilots, has announced a partnership with Skyfarer Academy, a US-based aviation training marketplace connecting pilots with certified flight instructors and flight schools across the country.

• Under the partnership, PPOT members will receive access to complimentary introductory discovery online sessions with instructors on the Skyfarer Academy platform, providing aspiring pilots with direct engagement with experienced aviators and an opportunity to explore training options ahead of enrolment decisions.
• The collaboration combines PPOT's mentorship network and community reach with Skyfarer Academy's instructor marketplace infrastructure, which supports both live online instruction and in-person flight training with a focus on training accessibility and transparency across the general aviation sector.
• The partnership marks Skyfarer Academy's continued expansion of its institutional partnership network. Earlier in 2026, the platform announced partnerships with flight school management software provider Flycore and aviation insurance provider Avemco, and in February 2026 formalised a sim-to-real training collaboration with FlightSimExpo.
