New Zealand Pilot Training Group Meeting Vietnamese Civil Aviation Regulator

A group of New Zealand pilot training industry professionals met with Ho Minh Tan, the Deputy Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV). They discussed the opportunities and challenges in the Vietnamese aviation market and how New Zealand can offer solutions. The New Zealand Ambassador, Tredene Dobson, and the Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, Scott James, also joined the meeting. The group appreciated the chance to reconnect with Mr Ho, some of which have known him for a long time, and to have a face-to-face conversation. The meeting was a good preparation for the upcoming talks with airlines in Vietnam.
