New Zealand – Nelson Aviation College (NAC), a long-established CAANZ-approved flight training organisation and Air New Zealand preferred flight training organisation, has celebrated the graduation of 39 pilots from its Class of 2026 during a ceremony held at Seifried Estate.

  • The graduation marks the completion of NAC's Diploma in Aviation programme, which provides full-time training from ab-initio through to Commercial Pilot Licence and Multi-Engine Instrument Rating, with options for a Frozen ATPL or Instructor Rating.
  • The 39-graduate cohort represents a strong throughput for the New Zealand-based college, which maintains a 1:5 student-to-instructor ratio across all flight training phases.
