Fast growing Spanish flight school FlyBy Aviation Academy an ATO (Approved Training Organisation) operating from Burgos, located in Northern Spain, with significant growth plans, both domestic and internationally i looking to hire a flight training base manager. “Role

Manage and lead the progress of the base and report to head office.Lead and guide all the departments.Lead the flight training in accordance with corporate guidance.

Technical requirements:

Deputy CFI experience is must.3-5 years of relevant experience.Hold qualifications to conduct ATPL, FI, UPRT, etc training.Minimum flight hours: 1.000 PIC & 500 InstructionAdvanced professional level in English. Spanish preferred.”
