One of Spain’s Largest Flight School’s, FlyBy, is Looking to Hire a Head of Training

Burgos, Spain based flight school FlyBy Aviation Academy is looking to hire a Head of Training who shall do the following:

Lead a high quality training integrating flight and ground instruction.Lead the standardization and developing of training programs.Manage the Operations Manual in content and structure.Point of contact with the relevant aviation authority: annual audits, discrepancies, new approvals, etc.

Technical requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience.Hold qualifications to conduct ATPL, FI, UPRT, etc training.Minimum flight hours: 1.000 PIC & 500 InstructionAdvanced professional level in English and Spanish preferred.
