Global operator of full flight simulator training centers Simaero is expanding its global team. Headquartered in Paris, the company is currently searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Global Accounts Manager to join their ranks.

Simaero is a global provider of flight simulator training to airlines, training organizations, and commercial pilots. The group’s network consists of 30 flight simulators between France, South Africa, and China, and provides services to over 220 civil and military customers from more than 80 countries.

Headquartered in Paris, France, Simaero’s Approved Training Organisation for pilots is certified by EASA and approved by over 50 other Civil Aviation Authorities including South Africa, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Brazil, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and UAE, among others.

The Full Flight Simulators and training solutions cover a comprehensive range of aircraft types including Airbus A320, A330, A340, and A350; Boeing 737, B757, B767, B777, B787, ATR 42/72-500/600, ERJ 145, Beech 1900, Dash 8, MD80/82, Fokker 100.

Simaero also provides Simulator Engineering Services to numerous clients across the world. The services include simulator relocation, repair, and upgrade as well as simulator preparation for certification and operation. In Joint Venture with HNCA, Simaero is providing simulator engineering and maintenance services in China.

  • What you’ll do:

    The main responsibility is to ensure that the Company’s commercial objectives are reached by commercializing its products in international markets and generating revenues. The responsibilities include:

    • Participating in budgeting, forecasting processes, and meeting commercial targets
    • Setting commercial goals and developing commercial strategies, mainly for B2B.
    • Maintaining strong relationships with the existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with cooperation,
    • Proactively contacting corporate existing clients to collect training plan information and boost sales.
    • Contacting and meeting potential customers by phone, by email, and in person.
    • Preparing and sending commercial proposals, presentations, submitting tender applications, and product documentation
    • Organizing and attending commercial meetings, presenting the Company and its products in person.
    • Preparing, sending, and negotiating commercial contracts.
    • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
    • Researching prospects and generating leads.
    • Continuously updating the sales process through specific software programs.
    • Attending Industry’s Events for Company Representation, Networking, and Commercial Relationships.
    • Participating in other Projects and other similar tasks for business development.

    What you bring:

    • High education degree, in Business Administration, Commercial and/or Marketing Management, strong advantage related to Aviation.
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, commercial services, and advantage in the Aviation industry.
    • Result & Business-orientated and ambitious mindset
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
    • At least some knowledge of French and willingness to improve French.
    • Excellent representation, communication, organization, and PC user skills (MS Office, CRM)
    • Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
    • Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Initiative, responsible, and customer-focused personality.
    • A strong advantage is some knowledge and background about aviation training services.”
