“Responsibilities

• Conduct flight and ground instruction under 14 CFR Part 61.
• Maintain student training records in accordance with Treasure Valley Community College policies.
• Maintain training standards set forth by FAA regulations and TVCC curriculum.
• Perform other job related duties and assignments.
• Train students for certifications from Private Pilot to Commercial Pilot.

Qualifications

• Must hold Commercial Pilot Certificate, SEL.
• Must hold Certified Flight Instructor Certificate with Instrument, SEL.
• Must hold FAA 2nd class medical
• Based on need, CFII requirement may be waived if certificate is in progress.”
