Global – Padpilot, a leading innovator in aviation theory training, has shared a summary of its 2025 milestones, highlighting continued growth in ATO adoption, student usage, and competency-based training product development.
Padpilot reported working with 180 approved training organisation (ATO) partners globally, reflecting sustained uptake of its digital ground training solutions across integrated and modular pilot training programmes.
The platform reached 11,000 active subscribers in 2025, including both students and instructors using Padpilot resources to support ground training delivery and standardisation.
In January 2025, Padpilot supported its charity partner Wings for Warriors with the launch of the Veterans’ Flying School, helping wounded military veterans retrain for careers in aviation.
In April, Padpilot launched its Area 100 KSA course, enabling ATOs to integrate competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) principles directly into their learning management systems in line with evolving EASA requirements.
In August, the company introduced an advanced CBT version of its ATPL(A) courseware, offering structured, trackable desktop-based study while retaining the same interactive content used across its mobile platform.
Padpilot also reported growth in its Padpilot Briefing Room (PBR) smart assistant, with 500+ active users, supporting students and instructors with ATPL theory explanations and teaching resources.
