Philippines – Cebu based Airworks Aviation Company (Airworks Aviation Academy) has held its 33rd annual commencement ceremony, graduating its largest class to date with 40 new pilots representing four countries.
- The Class of 2026 included eight new female pilots — the largest group of female graduates in the school's history, reflecting the school's growing contribution to gender diversity in the Philippine pilot pipeline.
- The commencement speaker was Steph Villaver, an Airworks graduate of three years who is now serving as a First Officer on the Airbus A320 for Cebu Pacific Air, illustrating the direct pathway from Airworks training into active airline service with the Philippines' largest carrier.
- Airworks alumni are now serving in airline cockpits across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, with the school describing itself as one of the leading airline-focused flying schools in Asia and the official training partner for the Cebu Pacific Cadet Pilot Program.
- The school noted it is preparing to support additional airline partner program's across the Asia-Pacific region, signalling commercial expansion of its cadet pipeline activity.
